If you’re talking about Sugar development, it would be awesome to hear your thoughts/notes on how easy (or not!) it is to set up a dev environment from scratch these days. I worry that it is way more difficult that it should be, honestly.

Yes! I’m going to take this as a chance to try and simplify the process. I’m thinking to start by documenting it in a few, simple steps and then fix things up to actually work that way.
I had a deadline at work, so last week I didn’t really make progress on it, but I’m hoping to have something to show by the end of this one.
